JACOPA AWARDED THAMES WATER, SCREENS MAINTENANCE FRAMEWORK
Jacopa have been awarded the Thames Water FA1357 framework for screens maintenance. The agreement issued by Thames Water covers the supply of parts and services for the maintenance of screens and screen handling equipment.
Jacopa recently refurbished an existing chain raked screen for Thames Water removing and returning the old Brackett Green screen back to their works where it was extensively overhauled including replacement of the headshaft, damper arms, scraper blades, return sprockets, guide tracks, chain track and completely repainted.
Jacopa fully stripped and inspected the screen that was then refurbished using genuine OEM parts to extend the life of the asset and give Thames Water many more years of good service.
