DELIVERING THE ABC’S OF RBC’S
Jacopa have shipped 3 of its BC950 Rotating Biological Contactors (RBC’s) to a key UK customer. The design, procurement, manufacturing and assembly of the units were completed locally in the West Midlands and a specialist transport subcontractor was used to safely deliver the units to site.
Jacopa RBC’s provide the 20 year design life expected by customers and deliver the reliability and performance needed by operators to meet long term compliance and cost objectives.
Jacopa RBC’s are effective and robust treatment systems that incorporate the company’s operating experience of a large number of installed units in the U.K. and Ireland and the innovation Jacopa has developed from its extensive operating base.
In addition to producing an attractively priced RBC, Jacopa’s series of significant design improvements mean that the company can meet additional customer needs to deliver cost savings such as delivering a fully off-site assembled unit saving many hours of installation. In addition, Jacopa has created a standard range of RBC units capable of meeting the vast majority of customer requirements.
