RAKING IN RESILIENCE
The Pump Centre Conference and Exhibition is held annually at Telford International Centre and is recognised as the leading event of its kind in the UK. For 2018 the conference theme is, ‘Resilience of Pumps and Pumping Systems’ and Jacopa’s Mick Burton will be presenting an unmissable Breakout session entitled ‘Raking in Resilience’ which will take place at midday in room 4 of the Beckbury Suite.
Achieving operational resilience is a top water industry priority from Government and Ofwat for PR19. Mick will present the case for innovation through collaboration to build operational resilience at the outset, protecting pumps and pumping systems at inlet works through the deployment of smart up-front trash rake technology.
