It’s the Thames Water, Waste Contract Management Team Supplier Day today and despite the wind Jacopa’s James Niebel has set up the company gazebo at Crossness Sewage Treatment Works.

The event is an opportunity for Thames Water operational staff to develop relationships with framework providers and gain a fuller understanding of their products and services, which support the delivery of benefits to customers, wider stakeholders and the environment.

Suppliers were able to set up their own gazebo style stands and to present information on their latest products and services together with a range of nibbles and snacks to sustain the visitors.

Jacopa Managing Director, Alex Lloyd said, “Customer engagement is a vital aspect of being efficient and enables us to respond rapidly to change and deliver the products and services customers need. Innovation is a key driving force, allowing us to add value while keeping costs down”.
